The Grand Hall is named in honour Tun Rahah Tan Sri Noah; mother of our deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak; and wife of Malaysia's second Prime Minister, Tun Abdul Razak Hussien, who led the country from 1970 to 1976.
